At Notaro Care Homes, our first priority is always the safety of our residents, colleagues and visitors in our homes.
As part of our contingency planning for Coronavirus (COVID-19), the following guidelines should be followed until further notice please;
- All visitors, including family and friends, should now NOT VISIT THE HOME.
- It’s our duty of care to look after your loved one and to do all we can to protect them from Coronavirus (COVID-19) therefore we are stopping all visits to our care homes with immediate effect.

- We are committed to working towards ways to offer you contact with your loved ones by encouraging increased interactivity via phone and video calls.
We will, of course, be expecting a higher number of phone calls to our homes, so please be mindful and patient when calling.
Your cooperation and understanding are essential in this process; thank you.
We will continually review the situation and our response to it, to keep everybody safe and protect their wellbeing.
We will do our best to keep you informed of changes and any disruption to a minimum in these very difficult circumstances.
