Visiting guidelines update for Notaro ARBD Care Homes
We would like to thank all of our residents’ families and friends for their understanding, patience and support throughout this challenging period. The support shown for our dedicated staff teams is hugely appreciated.
We are looking forward to a return to when we can welcome everyone back inside our homes, in a safe and managed way.
Our care homes work best when they are busy with families and friends.
As always, we are continuing to monitor and follow Government guidance carefully.
Currently, we are following the guidance that allows one consistent visitor per resident within our indoor visiting area. This, for example, means the same family member visiting each time to limit the number of different individuals coming into contact. Also, therefore, to limit the overall numbers of visitors within the care home and the consequent risk of disease transmission.
Please be aware that entry is subject to following our safety protocols. Should the Home Manager feel necessary for the safety of everyone; they may delay visits at any time without notice.
We also continue to be receptive to local lockdown guidance, which unfortunately may result in visits being cancelled at short notice.
We have reviewed and updated our visitor policy and protocols. Please read these before you visit. **You can download this guidance at the bottom of this page.
We are delighted to be able to support loved ones in some way to be reunited.
However, for those who are still unable to visit, we continue to support our residents with video calls and phone calls. Please contact the relevant home directly to arrange this.
Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation.
